The Next Gen members of the ELA are the rising leaders within our firms.  We meet periodically throughout the year, with the objective of defining the future of the ELA.


Qualifications for the Next Gen Representative

  • A second representative of the member firm
  • An alternative contact at the firm
  • A potential successor to the primary member
  • A trusted lawyer - it can be a junior partner or senior associate, irrespective of year of call

Meeting Dates/Times

Virtual global & regional meetings will occur bi-annually.  Specific dates to be announced.


Calendar invitations will be sent to all prior to the meetings.


We also encourage all to attend your regional meetings and the ELA Annual Conference where we will have special activities for Next Gen members.
