MISSION & GOALS

The ELA Restrictive Covenants, Trade Secrets & Non-compete specialty group is dedicated to keeping our members informed about developments in the law across the United States and the globe.  Attorneys also exchange ideas and strategies that have been successful for them in managing matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secrets. When appropriate, the group discusses and presents templates that can be used as the foundation for necessary provisions in employment agreements. 


  • Our group meets monthly, 2nd Tuesday from 12-12:30pm (ET) to discuss trends in the law and interesting cases


  • Our group endeavors to provide updates through podcasts, vlogs, and webinars


  • Our group endeavors to develop relationships that allow us to refer work and rely upon one another for local expertise
