Best Practices

  • Have a planning call at least 4-6 weeks out from live event
  • Begin marketing the webinar invitation at least 2 weeks out
  • Participate in a tech session/last call at least 1 week out
  • Review list of audience pre-submitted questions 1 week prior to the live event
  • Goal of LIVE webinar is to show you are an expert on the topic so the audience idenitfies you as a resource to manage an issue.
  • For best  results, keep content on slides to a minimum so the audience is listening to you, rather than reading your slides.  (More extensive content can be provided in the Resource List for the audience.)
  • Have fun!
