Occupational Safety & Health Specialty Group (US)

MISSION & GOALS

Our mission and goals for the OSH (U.S. Health & Safety)  specialty group are to maintain a professional network of ELA lawyers in this practice area where we can discuss current OSH issues, share our experiences, and help each other with OSHA-related matters.

• We meet on the third Wednesday, every two months at 3pm ET (meetings are hosted on Steptoe & Johnson's Teams platform and are not recorded).

• An agenda is distributed before each meeting noting the probable items, but the discussion begins with going around to the attendees and asking what has been happening, as we believe this sharing part is the most valuable. 



• Group meetings have included topical presentations by members, and the group conducts webinars and podcasts on timely issues.
