MISSION & GOALS

The group aims to bring together lawyers from ELA member firms who are active in all aspects of real estate law (commercial, industrial, residential), construction law including complex projects across diverse sectors including public-private partnerships, FIDIC contracts, construction litigation and infrastructure development (roads, power plants, etc.), and also ESG aspects of real estate, which are becoming more important by the minute.

Our aim is to share best practices, collaborate, and advance your practice on a global scale within the ELA community.

Our first meeting was held March 12th. We plan to meet virtually every three months.

Form of the meetings – virtual, presentations and general discussions, meetings at ELA and industry conferences

Marketing activity – the group will initiate podcasts, webinars, vlogs for promotion and education.

We invite and encourage any ELA member practicing in this area or interested in Real Estate & Construction to join this group!
